Dr. Thamir Abdul Ameer: My sons will be number one

  In an atmosphere of fatherhood and familiarity, Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science, Dr. Thamir A. Hassan had a meeting with the students of College of Remote Sensing and Geophysics to be acquainted to their demands and needs.

  The Chancellor assured during the meeting that the scientific effort should be accompanied by the national effort, and that the voluntary work and the sense of responsibility towards the country is the main basic to build a good and effective citizen who considered as the main core for the progress of the country. He added "the University works so hard to make its students number one in the labor market through sending them in training courses that will help developing their practical side".

  For their part, the students expressed their delight to the University's communication with them and to know more about their needs directly away from the complex bureaucratic atmosphere.
