President of Karkh University of Science meets faculty of the Faculty of Remote Sensitivity and Geophysics

The Chancellor of Al-Karkh University for Sciences, Prof. Dr. Thamir Hassan, held a meeting with the faculty members of the College of Remote Sensing and Geophysics in the presence of the Dean of the College and the teaching staff.

The meeting included discussion of future plans that will contribute to the development of the college in order to serve the educational, economic and academic process, in addition to making suggestions regarding students and developing their abilities.

The Chancellor of the University stressed the need to communicate with the students and benefit from the technological aspect in preparing and developing their abilities, honoring distinguished students in recognition and motivation for their performance, and developing an integrated program for scientific trips and training courses.

Prof. Dr. Thamir stressed the need to pay attention to the centers of educational guidance and communication with students to understand their needs and to overcome the obstacles that they face, paying attention to the creative aspect and supporting innovations and development.

Finally, Prof. Dr. Thamir listened to the proposals of the faculty members and their plans for students related to the academic and educational aspects, in order to benefit the university in particular and the country and its economy in general.
