Al-Karkh University of Science organized a scientific lecture on the role of university leaders and teaching staff in the world rankings of universities, with the participation of a number of faculty members and researchers from the University of Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya University and the College of Al-Rafideen University.
The lecture presented by Dr. Rafie Abbas Hassan included several features and he explained the importance of the Iraqi universities in international rankings, the reasons for the decline in Arab universities to obtain advanced ranks for these rankings, and the importance of official websites of universities in the global classification, reviewing the entry points in those rankings.
The lecture aims to seek opportunities into the classification in the international rankings of these universities because of their positive impact on the academic career and the country's economy and its progress in all fields.
