A Workshop at Al-Karkh University of Science on the Adoption of the Credit System

Workshop has been held Al-Karkh University of Science on the adoption of the credit system at Al-Karkh University of Science. The lecture has been attended by the heads of departments, instructors, and associates.

The Workshop , which has been delivered by the Vice-Chancellor of the University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Loay Kazem, included the definition of the credit system and its main principles, such as the student's right to choose and make decisions, to learn according to his inclination and abilities. The Workshop also included the ways followed to have the flexibility in the program and its ease of adaptation concerning the required and optional courses and study units.

The Workshop aims to introduce the credit system and the main objectives of its implementation, such as helping the student to develop the integrated personality and linking the theory, application, practice, and integrating with the educational environment, and to reach the goal to build a broad base of the general culture to the student.
