Al-Karkh University for Science signs an agreement for scientific and technical cooperation with the University of Iraq College

Under the patronage and attendance of the President of Al-Karkh University for Science, Dr. Luay Kazim Abboud, within the framework of enhancing academic and technical cooperation between Iraqi educational institutions, the College of Energy and Environmental Sciences at Al-Karkh University for Science, represented by the Dean of the College (Prof. Dr. Raed Nofi Hassan), signed a memorandum of scientific and academic cooperation with the University of Iraq College, represented by the Dean of the College (Prof. Dr. Jassim Muhammad Salman), in an official ceremony attended by a number of academic and administrative officials from both institutions.

The memorandum of understanding stipulated several paragraphs, the most important of which are the exchange of scientific consultations in the areas of common specializations, and the utilization of the laboratories available to both parties by conducting joint scientific research, without affecting the workflow, and involving researchers from both parties in the advisory and scientific aspect and holding joint courses, workshops and lectures, as well as cooperation in the field of training and modern technology in common specializations.

This step is considered part of Al-Karkh University for Science’s strategy to expand the scope of cooperation with government universities and private and international colleges, with the aim of improving the quality of education and enhancing scientific research.
