Al-Karkh University of Science continues its straight course for student parties

The Department of Student Activities at Al- Karkh University of Science organized a party for students of the first year in the College of Remote Sensing and Geophysics at the Elder Care House / Sulaikh, under the patronage of the Chancellor of the University, Dr. Thamir A. Hassan, in the presence of the instructors and the students.

The Dean of the College of Remote Sensing and Geophysics Dr. Rafea Abbas Hassan said in a speech during his attendance at the ceremony, "We congratulate our students on this blessed step in holding a ceremony of their acquaintance with our elderly fathers and grandfathers, which is a great start in the integrity of the university student. The ceremony reflects a message to the community that the student of Al-Karkh University of Science is a model for the conscious student and the leader.

Dr. Ahmed Askar, the Head of Geophysics Department, said that this ceremony is a wonderful example and a profound message of charity, and a first step to building an ideal society according to the principles of social solidarity and respect for others in untraditional way.

For his part, Mr. Jabbar Ali, a resident of the House, expressed his deep thanks to this initiative of the university students, giving some poetic verses that enrich the righteousness of parents and the place of the mother in the hearts of her children.

At the end of the ceremony, symbolic gifts were distributed in a banquet, which was surrounded by an atmosphere of love and loyalty.

It is worth mentioning that the students of the College of Science at Al-Karkh University of Science had organized a ceremony of their party between the loved of God (orphans) in Mabrat (Orphanage) Al-Imam Al-Jawadin, peace be upon them.
