Al-Karkh University of science has accepted an invitation from Universities of Islamic republic of Iran
Assist. Prof. Dr. Thamir A. Hassan, president of Al-Karkh University of science and an academic delegation from the University have visited many of well-known Iranian Universities in order to become acquainted with the scientific progress and success that these Universities have attained at regional and international levels. The delegation has been received and welcomed by the Universities chancellors. The tour included visiting seven outstanding Universities:
– Iran University of science and Technology
– AmirKabir University of Technology
– Sharif University of Technology
– K.N. Toosi University of Technology
– Islamic Azad University of Mashhad
– Ferdowsi University of Mashhad
As well as visiting the scientific departments, laboratories and research centers for undergraduate and postgraduate studies. The main objective of this visit is to strengthen the collaborative relations between Al-Karkh university and the Iranian universities in a way that would meet the needs of Al-Karkh University and keep it up to date with the latest developments in this field, as well as, coordinating with them through offering training courses for Al-Karkh University staff and arranging an agreement for admission of Al-Karkh University students for scholarship programs.
