Al-Karkh University of Science organizes a festival to mark the World Day of Peace
In collaboration with Good imprint voluntary team, Al-Karkh University of Science organized a festival to mark the World Day of Peace, which coincides with the celebration of the opening of college of Remote Sensing and Geophysics, in the presence of a number of academic dignitaries.
The ceremony included a number of passages like poetry in patriotism and peace, Iraqi folklore fashion show and the participation of kindergarten children “we all Iraq” operetta.
On this occasion, Dr. Al-Kadimi threw a speech where he said “our security forces have the credit in imposing stability and peace, and today we are in need for inner peace so that we can score of academic and scientific progress” , adding “Al-Karkh University has fought the odds and defied the obstacles to keep pace with the developments of science in the world, and the efforts are continuing to ensure that students will get a job Upon graduation, in addition to our follow-up international reliability of Education to come up with the needs of the labor market”.
At the end of the festival, a number of gusts, distinguished academics and employees were honored for their efforts to make this festival a success.
