Al-Karkh university of science organizes a lecture on the employees’ rights to appeal unfair decisions ….

The department of legal affairs at Al-Karkh university of science organized a lecture titled “ The Right of Employee to Appeal Unfair Decisions Issued against him by the Department in Which He Works “ in accordance with the provisions of the state Consultative Law No. 65 of 1979 and its amendments with the attendance of the Chancellor’s assistant for administrative affairs Dr. Raad N. Hassan and a number of university members and college teaching staff .

The lecture, which was delivered by the human right employee Hassanein H. Kadhim, included  a definition of the administrative decision , the elements of  administrative decision of the form , the reason ,the specialty  and the purpose , the types of supervision over the  administrative decisions.

 The lecture also addressed the types of grievance and the legal mechanism followed  and showed the types of administrative courts , their classifications and the specialization of their respective work.

The lecture aimed at explaining the mechanisms to challenge unfair decisions taken against employees legally and explain the laws issued on this aspect .
