Al-Karkh University of Science organizes a symposium on the “rights and duties of the government employee

  Department of legal affairs at Al-Karkh University of Science organized a symposium on the “rights and duties of the government employee, with the participation of the teaching and non teaching staff.

  The symposium included defining the duties of the government employee and his rights in all fields, and explaining the difference between the positive and negative duties.

  It was discussed during the symposium the penalties imposed on the employee according to the law of disciplines of the state employees, and explaining the mechanisms of how to make an appeal against a penalty directed at the employee.
