Al-Karkh University of science participates in a ceremony held by the Iranian embassy in Baghdad on occasion of the 38th anniversary of the Islamic revolution victory in Iran
A delegation from Al-Karkh University of science headed by Prof. Dr. Thamir A. Hassan participated in a ceremony held by the Iranian embassy in Baghdad on occasion of the 38th anniversary of the Islamic revolution victory in Iran in the presence of a number of Iraqi leaders, officials, representatives and journalists.
The ceremony included the playing of Iraqi and Iranian national anthem and reading verses from the Holy Quran for the souls of the Iraqi and Iranian martyrs.
The Iranian ambassador in Iraq "Hassan Danaai Far" said a speech on this occasion stressing that the Islamic revolution was able to achieve huge accomplishments on the road of embodying the divine values when it ended the authoritative rule advanced in very successful and concrete steps in the greatness, advancement and construction on local, regional and international level.
Prof. Dr. Thamir A. Hassan said: "we bless all the free world people in the victory of the Islamic revolution in Iran over the tyrants and to continue struggling corruption and despotism.
It stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran celebrates the victory of Islamic revolution annually which broke out in 1979 and transferred Iran from monarchy under the rule of Al Shah to Islamic republic.
