Al-Karkh University of Science supervises on the work of Energy TV Channel in Iraq

  The Head of department of Geophysics at College of Remote Sensing and Geophysics, Al-Karkh University of Science, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Askar Najaf announced the launch of Energy TV Channel.

  Dr. Najaf clarified: "the launch of this channel came after the constant efforts by a number of academics in the University, and in collaboration with Prof. Habib Ali, the General Director of investment opportunities for oil and gas Exhibition in the Kingdom of Bahrain and sponsored directly by the Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science Dr. Thamir A.Hassan and the Dean of the College, Dr. Shafiq Shaker Shafiq". He added as well: "the channel concentrates on various energy fields such as fossil fuel energy and renewable energy, and it can be watched in many countries of the world, and its materials are edited by foreign journalists, and that Al-Karkh University supervises directly on the channel's work in Iraq".

  Moreover, Dr. Najaf called for all the specialists in the field of energy to contribute and collaborate with the University and the Channel to emphasize on the continuity of the work, and supporting the role of the Universities and the scientific initiations that serve the community, science and production.
