Assist. Prof. Dr. Thamir A. Hassan, Rector of Al-Karkh University, held an argent meeting with directors of the scientific and administrative departments to discuss matters concerning the university situation that would help rising the academic performance and would eventually lead to speed up the construction process at the University.
