An administrative unit affiliated with the University President’s Office, responsible for citizen affairs, including receiving suggestions, inquiries, and opinions, addressing citizen concerns related to the university, and improving university performance.
The Citizen Affairs Unit is responsible for communicating between citizens and various university departments, seeking to overcome any difficulties they may encounter while visiting the university to complete their transactions.
- Receiving citizens, listening to their complaints, and directing them to the appropriate department to contact, or receiving their requests or complaints to express their opinions and prepare a report for presentation to the University President or the relevant department.
- Directly supervising the interview committee, which interviews representatives of university departments and units with citizens to resolve their concerns, each according to their problem or request.
- Directly supervising and organizing interviews with the University President and the Office Director, as directed.
- Entering citizens’ requests into an electronic system designed to expedite responses and search for specific information.
- Informing citizens of the action taken regarding their requests or complaints by phone, email, or by contacting the citizen.
– Addressing university offices and institutions regarding citizens’ requests or expressing their opinions.
– Issuing memoranda informing citizens, based on their address.
– Publishing the actions taken regarding citizens’ requests on the university’s website and the Citizens’ Affairs page.
– Receiving citizens’ requests via the Citizens’ Affairs email and responding to their requests by either referring them to the relevant authority or submitting them to the relevant officials.
– Organizing the movement of visitors to the University President’s Office.
– Answering visitors’ inquiries regarding the university and directing them to the relevant offices.
– Surveying citizens’ opinions (visitors) and obtaining their suggestions regarding the university’s work.

– Providing the best facilities and services to citizens, as the unit is concerned with citizens’ affairs and their needs.
