
Formation of a ministerial committee from Al-Karkh University of Science to supervise the progress of exams at Al-Salam College private university
The Ministerial Committee was formed under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Thamer Abdul Amir Al-Kazemi, the respected President of Al-Karkh University of Science, and the membership of an elite group of distinguished academics at the university, to supervise the examination process at Al-Salam University College, thus achieving remarkable achievements in ensuring transparency and integrity in the final exams for the current semester.
The Ministerial Committee consisted of the following members:
Assistant Professor Luay Kazim, Scientific Assistant.
Assistant Professor Sabah Ibrahim Abbas.
Assistant Professor Janan Adnan Abdul Latif.
Assistant Professor Zainab Thamer Shuwait.
Assistant Professor Muhammad Jamal.
Assistant Professor Aseel Sabah Abdul Latif.
Assistant Professor Muhammad Sami Mahdi.
The committee implemented several strategic measures to ensure the examination process proceeded efficiently and effectively, despite the large numbers of students in most departments. The most prominent of these achievements are:
Implementing the electronic monitoring system by activating surveillance cameras in all examination halls, to prevent cheating attempts and ensure complete transparency in the conduct of final exams.
Working to implement all examination instructions and controls: related to exams with complete transparency, which contributes to achieving justice and equality among students.
Providing a suitable examination environment: In cooperation with the administration of Al-Salam College, the committee was keen to provide a suitable examination environment for our dear students, ensuring psychological and physical comfort for students while taking exams.
Achieving effective communication with Al-Salam College officials: The committee organized periodic meetings with heads of scientific and administrative departments, which contributed to addressing urgent problems immediately and working to enhance confidence in the examination process.
Daily control reports: The committee prepared comprehensive daily reports that include an accurate analysis of the examination process and any challenges faced, with recommendations to improve the examination process in the future.
Professor Dr. Thamer Abdul Amir Al-Kazemi confirmed that the committee will continue its tireless efforts to ensure that the exams are implemented according to the highest approved academic standards, stressing that these achievements come within the framework of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s commitment to achieving academic excellence and ensuring students’ rights in a fair and transparent educational environment to achieve high-quality education, which contributes to building a bright future for students and the educational system in the country.
