His Excellency Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Abdul Razzaq al-Issa appreciated the outstanding efforts of Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science, Prof. Dr. Thamir A. Hassan in the reconstruction and rehabilitation process of the University buildings.
