His Excellency Minister of Higher Education congratulates Chancellor of Al-Karkh University to obtain a patent within the international rankings

  His Excellency Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq al-Issa congratulated Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science Prof. Dr. Thamir A. Hassan to obtain a patent within the international rankings.

  His Excellency the Minister said in his letter "We congratulates you and the University to obtain a patent (Infraction smart device for football game) within the international rankings, which is the first of its kind internationally and the seventh to your University and this is an evidence of your hard work to elevate your University to the rank of solid Universities which has a significant effect on the prosperity of Iraq".
