His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research congratulates the chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha

His Excellency the Honorable Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, sent congratulations to the Honorable chancellor of the University, Prof. Dr. Thamer Abdulameer Hasan, on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

His Excellency the Minister said in the text of his book, "On the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, we present to you and to your university council, professors, faculty and staff the highest verses of congratulations and blessings, asking the Almighty to make this Eid the key to goodness, tranquility and peace."
