Identity Unit

About the Unit:

The Identity Unit organizes the issuance of identification badges to all university members, including faculty, staff, and students, after completing the required requirements.

Relationship:

The Identity Unit reports directly to the esteemed University President, according to the approved organizational structure.

Duties of the Identity Unit:

1. Issuing identification badges to undergraduate and graduate students.
2. Issuing identification badges to administrative staff.
3. Issuing identification badges to faculty staff.
4. Issuing identification badges to dormitory students.
5. Managing and disposing of expired identification cards.
