Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research appreciates the efforts of Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science
His Excellency Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq al-Issa appreciated the academic and scientific efforts of Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science, Dr. Thamir A. Hassan with appreciation letter.
His Excellency the Minister said in his letter “We appreciate your academic and scientific efforts which reflect the Iraqi national identity and your desire to develop the scientific process in our country through expanding the scientific cooperation between the new Iraqi Universities and the Malaysian Universities to exchange experiences, training the employees and developing their skills”.
