President of Al-Karkh University of Sciences Receives Representative Ali Al-Hamidawi, Chairman of the Parliamentary Services and Reconstruction Committee, to Discuss Prospects for Cooperation

The President of Al-Karkh University of Sciences, Professor Jumaa Salman Jiyad, received in his office Representative Ali Al-Hamidawi, Chairman of the Parliamentary Services and Reconstruction Committee, to discuss prospects for joint cooperation between the university and the Council of Representatives, to enhance the development of educational services and provide support to the university.

This visit came within the framework of cooperation between academic institutions and the legislative authority to provide services to the local community, achieving sustainable development goals.

For his part, Professor Jumaa Salman Jiyad welcomed Representative Ali Al-Hamidawi, Chairman of the Parliamentary Services and Reconstruction Committee, expressing the university’s readiness to cooperate with the legislative authority to advance the educational sector.

This visit aims to unify efforts and work to achieve the aspirations of its employees to develop infrastructure and continue its academic journey through expanding development projects that serve both students and the community.

Deputy Al-Hamidawi also offered his services to the university, including securing financial and logistical support, attempting to overcome the obstacles facing the university, and following up on its requirements and needs with relevant authorities to enhance its academic standing and societal role, especially as our university is making strenuous efforts and developing promising plans to advance education and serve the community.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Deputy offered his congratulations to the University President, wishing him success in his mission.
