Studies, Planning and Follow-up department and Reconstruction & Project department visit Al-Karkh University of Science
In an effort to open the scientific departments of college of Remote Sensing and Geophysics, a scientific committee from Studies, Planning and Follow-up department and Reconstruction & Project department at Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, to review the location of the University and see its validity to open departments of Remote Sensing and Geophysics.
Then, Assist. Prof. Dr. Thamir Al-Kadimiy, Chancellor of the University and Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Shafiq Sh. Shafiq, escorted the delegation on a tour around the University buildings, illustrating the efforts being made to rebuild this scientific, cultural and knowledgeable intuition. Dr. Al-Kadimiy stated that the University is ready to open the classrooms, laboratories and receiving the students.
At the end of this visit, the members of the Committee praised on the outstanding role played by the University to get a suitable location and to be lined along with the other Universities, to prepare a generation armed with science and knowledge.
