The Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science Heads the University’s Visiting Delegation to the Italian University of Siena
Prof. Dr. Thamer Abdulameer Hasan, Chancellor of Al-Karkh University for Science, headed the university's visiting delegation to the Italian University of Siena within the delegation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research participating in the INsPIRE program.

The project sessions were attended by Prof. Dr. Thamer Abdulameer Hasan, Associate Dean of the College of Sciences at Al-Karkh University, Dr. Basma Hussein Hamad, and Dr. Khaleda Ali Thajeel, Director of the Postgraduate Studies Department at the university.
The project aims to enhance the capacities of higher education institutions in developing their own strategy, strengthening the management of international relations within higher education institutions, improving participation in strategic planning for non-university actors, defining performance evaluation and quality assurance mechanisms, establishing a clear governance framework and developing relations with non-university entities. .
The delegation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research participating in the project consisted of Karkh Universities of Science, Baghdad, Mosul, Middle Euphrates Technical, Basra, Sumer, Wasit, Basra Oil and Gas, Southern Technology, Al-Qasim Al-Khadra, and representatives of the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations.
