
The Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science meets the first batch of graduates of the College of Remote Sensing and Geophysics
The Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science, Prof. Dr. Thamir A. A. Hassan, met with the graduates of the first batch of the College of Remote Sensing and Geophysics, and the first students from the three colleges of the university, in the presence of the deans, heads of departments and students' families.
During the meeting with the students, the Chancellor of the University spoke about the early stages of establishing the university and creating the first stage of its establishment, which was represented by the College of Remote Sensing and Geophysics because of its importance in serving the state's institutions because of its rare specializations that serve the labor market in many rare fields that would not have been undertaken without effort and perseverance of the university leadership.
Addressing his speech to the students and their families, the Chancellor of the university said that what leads and establishes societies are the ethical system and the scientific system, and these two sides are available in the students of Al-Karkh University of Science, represented by the first and scientifically superior students of Al-Karkh University of Science, as well as taking into account the ethical aspect and adhering to the regulations and laws. The Chancellor of the university listened to a number of students' talk regarding their experience over four years, and their development proposals.
At the end of the meeting, the Chancellor of the university presented the students with the Iraqi flag scarf because of its national symbolism, the first they would bear in the future, and thanked them for attending with their families.
