
The Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science receives the Prime Minister’s Advisor
The Chancellor of Al-Karkh University for Sciences, Professor Dr. Thamer Abdulameer Hasan, has received the Advisor of the Prime Minister for Political Affairs and the Head of Public Support Team, Dr. Mustafa Al-Naji and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of His Eminence Mr. Bassem Al-Hassani, Director of Al-Fatimi Center for Studies and Human Development in Al-Najaf, and Professor Dr. Fadel Shaker Al-Saadi, Director of the Center for Psychological and Educational Research at the University of Baghdad.
During the meeting, the Chancellor of the University explained the stages of establishing the university and future plans for expansion by establishing more specialized colleges, in addition to the College of Remote Sensing and Geophysics, College of Science, and College of Energy and Environmental Sciences.
The Chancellor stressed on that the university aims to support the Iraqi labor market and keep pace with the technological, scientific and academic development of the countries of the world in accordance with the strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education and in a way that serves Iraq and its economy.
During a field tour, the university's chancellor presented the university's achievements at the urban and academic levels, as well as its achievements during a short period of time and limited financial capabilities.
For his part, the Advisor to the Prime Minister, Dr. Mustafa Al-Naji, expressed his admiration for the tangible progress achieved by the university in urbanization and administration and the adoption of a successful strategy in providing rare specializations needed by the Iraqi labor market, praising the administration of the Chancellor of the University in establishing and managing it professionally to serve the Iraqi education process and students.
