The Council of Al-Karkh University of Science Holds its 14th Regular Session

The Council of Al-Karkh University of Science held on Tuesday 28/8/2018 its 14th regular session under the chairmanship of the Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science, Dr. Thamir A. Hassan, in the presence of Vice-Chancellors of the University for administrative and scientific affairs and the deans of the colleges.

The meeting included discussing the decisions and directives of HE the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research at the eighth meeting of the Opinion Committee held at the University of Babylon, and a number of features in terms of teaching staff, students and management.

The session included discussing preparations for the new academic year, preparing for the second round examinations and the dormitories of the students.

The meeting focused on distributing salaries of the staff through banks according to the decision of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and a number of recommendations of the formed committees. The meeting also discussed the termination of the strategic plan of the university and the strategy of reducing the unemployment of graduates.
