The launch of the “Toof_an Al-Aq_sa” football tournament at Al-Karkh University of Science.

On Sunday, October 22nd, the activities of the Al-Aqsa Flood Football Championship were launched at Al-Karkh University of Science under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Thamer Abd Al-Amir Al-Kazemi.

The tournament was opened with a match between the remote sensing and geophysics teams, with great participation by the students who came to the Rahmaniya Academy stadium in Baghdad.

The match witnessed a friendly atmosphere between the two teams, and the result ended in favor of the Geophysics team, which led by seven goals compared to three goals for its counterpart, Remote Sensing.

The second match between the microbiology and forensics teams is scheduled to be held today, Monday, as part of the championship competitions.

worth to mention that the “Toofan to Al-Aqsa” tournament is one of the events held by Al-Karkh University of Science, with the participation of seven teams and its aim is to support the Palestinian cause.
