The President of Al-Karkh University of Sciences receives Professor Dr. Muhammad Hamza Abdul-Sada, the former Cultural Attaché to the United Kingdom – London, on the occasion of his assumption of the presidency.

The President of Al-Karkh University of Sciences, Professor Dr. Juma Salman Jihad, received in his office the former Cultural Attaché to the United Nations – London, where the guest congratulated the President of Al-Karkh University of Sciences on his assumption of the presidency.

Dr. Juma Jihad welcomed the visit of Professor Dr. Muhammad Hamza. During the meeting, the two sides discussed enhancing prospects for scientific and academic cooperation and ways to strengthen relations between the Ministry and the university to enhance academic presence. He also discussed contributing to and supporting the university by opening channels of communication with British universities in academic fields. He expressed his willingness to bridge gaps and strengthen relations between our university and universities around the world, as both contribute to the development of science and intellectual and cognitive exchange.

For his part, Dr. Mohammed praised the role of Al-Kharkh University of Science in providing state institutions with scientific and academic expertise, demonstrating its leadership in important scientific disciplines, supporting the labor market’s requirements for specialized scientific cadres, and its active role in scientific research and its development, both academically and practically.

Dr. Jumaa Jihad expressed his thanks and appreciation to the guest for this visit, indicating his continued efforts to strengthen the university’s standing, improve the quality of education and scientific research, and make the university a model to be emulated in Iraq and the world.

At the conclusion of the visit, Dr. Mohammed presented a bouquet of flowers to Professor Jumaa Jihad, expressing his happiness at this occasion and wishing the university president continued success in leading this distinguished scientific institution.

The university president emphasized the importance and necessity of cooperation with academic institutions to advance their work and improve their performance, noting that these meetings contribute to improving educational outcomes and strengthening the role of institutions in achieving sustainable development.
