The University President directs the adoption of digital systems in administrative and financial work
The President of Al-Karkh University for Science, Prof. Thamer Abdul Amir Al-Kadhimi, directed the adoption of modern and electronic technologies that would eliminate routine in the university’s administrative and financial procedures during a meeting with the cadres and members of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at the university, in the presence of the Administrative Assistant, Prof. Dr. Kazim Hilan Mohsen.
The President of the University said during his meeting with the members of the Administrative Department, that “modern electronic methods would enhance work with accuracy and speed and eliminate routine, especially in transactions and official letters.”
The President of the University stressed the “necessity of adopting digital systems instead of paper systems in daily work and drafting official statements,” and he also pointed out the “importance of involving members and members of the department in training courses in order to enhance their skills in line with the directives of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Higher Education in this regard.”
In another meeting held by Prof. Thamer Al-Kazemi with the members of the Finance Department, he directed to define the responsibilities of employees and divide tasks in order to expedite the financial requirements of the university, calling on the members to increase their “professional culture” by increasing attendance at lectures organized by the university to enhance the skills of the members.
