Al-Karkh University of Science celebrates International Women’s Day<\/p>\n

 On the occation of International Women’s Day, a celebration was held at KUS as recognition of the efforts that woman provides in the fields of life and the need to activate her role in public life through involving her in all the official and non-official activities of the community.<\/span><\/div>\n
 In his turn, Assist. Prof. Dr. Shafiq Shakir Shafiq, Vice Chancellor for Scientific Affairs, stressed during his speech on the sanctity of woman and her status in Islam and Society, where he congratulated the attendants of women on their Day, stating that the society is measured by the greatness of its women, and that they are not half of the society but they represent all of it.<\/span><\/div>\n
