 In collaboration with department of public relation and media at the Ministry of Higher Education, department of media and public relations at the University organized a workshop on "government communication and its role in the development of institutions' performance".<\/span><\/div>\n
 The workshop aimed to improve the skills of media department staff in how to manage and make government communication with the higher authorities in the State and the technique used in that.  <\/span><\/div>\n
 It included delivering lectures by Dr. Mustafa Hamid and Mr. Ali Hassan. Dr. Mustafa discussed the concept of government communication and the basic tasks of the government communication employee; whereas Mr. Ali discussed the role of the government communication in the development of institutions' performance and how to use this program to win the citizen's trust on the one hand and to refute rumors and dealing with crises and decision-making on the other hand.<\/span><\/div>\n
