The chancellor also urged researchers and academics to address the issue of scientific citations. Moreover, He stressed the necessity of activating research teams and developing plans because they are the most important factors in the advancement and strength of scientific research<span dir=\"RTL\">.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px\">It is noteworthy that this year&#39;s classification included more than 134 million citations from more than 5.16 million research publications, in addition to questionnaire responses from 68,402 scientists worldwide.
