The Independent High Electoral Commission in Baghdad, in cooperation with Al-Karkh University of Science, held an educational seminar on \u201cThe Law on Banning the Baath Party, Entities, Parties, and Racist, Terrorist, and Takfiri Activities\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecture, which was held in the Martyrs Hall in the University Presidency Building on Monday morning, was attended by a group of faculty and administrative staff and students at the university.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecture explained the concepts related to the dissolved Baath Party, entities, parties, and racist, terrorist, and Takfiri activities, in addition to reviewing the legal penalties imposed on violators of the provisions of the law, from employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecture aims to educate participants about the provisions of the Law on Banning the Baath Party (No. 32 of 2016) and to clarify the instructions for facilitating the implementation of the law (No. 2 of 2019).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
