The Department of Internal Affairs at Al-Karkh University of Science organized a large-scale volunteer campaign to rehabilitate and maintain the university’s gardens at the university’s second campus in the Abu Ghraib sector. This campaign is part of its efforts to improve the university environment and provide a comfortable study environment for students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campaign included cleaning and maintaining green spaces, pruning trees, planting seasonal plants, and rehabilitating the irrigation system. A number of department staff and students residing in the dormitories participated in the campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campaign organizers emphasized that these initiatives aim to enhance students’ aesthetic sense, instill a culture of volunteer work, and preserve the university environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is worth noting that Al-Karkh University of Science pays special attention to aspects of the university environment and is keen to organize similar activities periodically to enhance the sustainability of the infrastructure and vital facilities on campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
