A Majestic Reception to the Iraqi Heroes, the Scientists who Won the Golden Medals in Cairo International Exhibition for Inventions

   A delegation from the Iraqi parliaments led by the parliament Mr. Ibrahim Bahar Aluloom received the winners of the golden medals awarded to them in Cairo International Exhibition for Inventions. In the exhibition, the Iraqi delegation was successfully awarded twenty one golden medals out of sixty five, and this number represented 37% from the all prizes awarded in the exhibition. Fifteen representatives from different counties participated in the exhibition and two hundred and eighty patents were presented.

   The chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science Prof. Dr. Thamir A. Hassan said, "AlKarkh University of Science was deservedly awarded two golden medals and a shield of excellence" and his Excellency said that these patents should be applied practically for the service of people, interest of society, and the journey of science in our beloved country. In addition, the parliament Mr. Bahar Aluloom expressed his pleasure and pride of this success, wishing more progress and success in the coming scientific exhibitions and events. It is worth mentioning that Al-Karkh University of Science has participated in several scientific events whether inside or outside the country.
