A Seminar in the College of Remote Sensing and Geophysics with Students of the Second Year

The educational guidance committee at Al-Karkh University of Science organized a seminar with the second year students in the college of Remote Sensing and Geophysics, in the presence of the head of the remote sensing department with a number of department heads and instructors.

The meeting included discussing the needs of the students, especially the ones that the students living in the dorms have, listening to their opinions and suggestions, as well as urging them to develop their talents and creativity in cooperation with the Department of Student Activities.

Dr. Nada Farouk, the head of the educational guidance committee at the university, said that the committee aims to develop the talents and creativity of students and encourage them to participate in competitions and festivals held at the university.

She added that “we seek to encourage students to adhere to uniform and modesty and to encourage them to interact with the curriculum to ensure their excellence scientifically and culturally, especially as the college organizes field trips at the work sites to help students integrate into their fields and prepare them to join the labor market after graduation.
