(Dr. Alaa Jaweed Jameed), a faculty member in the College of Energy and Environmental Science at Al-Karkh University of Science received a patent in the field of chemistry.

Al-Karkh University of Science organized a workshop on the mechanisms used to follow up and implement the activities and projects of the government program, under the patronage of the Chancellor of the University, Dr. Thamir A.A. Hassan, and with the participation of Vice-Chancellor of the University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Luay Kazim, the deans of colleges, and staff of the university.

The volunteerism teamwork in its central and secondary parts at Al-Karkh University of Science held a meeting with the university students in cooperation with the Department of Student Activities and the College of Science to follow up the progress of student and voluntary activities for students.

Al-Karkh University of Science organized a scientific lecture on the role of university leaders and teaching staff in the world rankings of universities, with the participation of a number of faculty members and researchers from the University of Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya University and the College of Al-Rafideen University.

The President of Al-Karkh University of Science, Prof. Dr. Thamir A. A. Hassan, directed to form a central committee to promote the work and support of the activities of the newly established universities, specifically Al-Karkh University of Science, and to overcome the difficulties they face.
