The Security Permits Department is considered one of the most important departments at the university, as it is considered a security and confidential department.

Department Structures:

1. Security Permits Department/Verifying data of university employees (staff/contract/daily wage/tenure/transfer/graduate students)
2. Information Department/Granting security permits (for delegations/compensating those affected/responding to security agencies)
3. Safety and Security Department (Working on scientific laboratories and safety procedures inside halls/monitoring the progress of work at campus gates/following up on the work of the Civil Defense)
4. Incoming and Outgoing Unit/Organizing incoming and outgoing records within the department

Assigned Duties:

Oversight and coordination tasks with security agencies

Liaisons:

The Security Permits Department is technically affiliated with the Ministry’s headquarters/Office of His Excellency the Minister, and administratively affiliated with the University President, according to the structure.
