Al-Karkh University of Science hosts the Fifth Al-Noor International Conference for Science and Technology.

Under the sponsorship and in the presence of the President of Al-Karkh University of Science, Professor Dr. Thamer Abdul Amir Al-Kazemi, Al-Karkh University of Science hosted the Fifth Al-Noor International Conference for Science and Technology, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Louay Kazem Abboud, the deans of colleges and teachers, and a number of researchers and academics.

The conference, which is organized by the Iraqi Society for Engineering Management, in cooperation with Al-Karkh University of Science, Menoufia University in Egypt, Tal Afar University, and Omani Gulf College, and in coordination with the Shams Al-Salam Organization and the White Pen News Agency, aims to open horizons of cooperation between educational and academic institutions, and to learn about the latest research in engineering and science disciplines in accordance with The development witnessed by modern technologies in this field.

The conference also aims to meet and get acquainted between researchers and joint future work in joint scientific achievements, and to learn about the latest scientific technologies through lectures by speakers who present the latest scientific findings in various fields, as well as seeking to find scientific and technical commonalities between institutions and researchers and develop what can be achieved. Developing it in all scientific fields.

The President of the University, Professor Dr. Thamer Abdul Amir Al-Kadhimi, delivered a speech during the conference in which he praised the importance of science, technology and scientific research as one of the goals of developed countries and societies that aspire to develop their cognitive and scientific capabilities. He praised the achievements of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the great role of His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi in Strengthening higher education in Iraq.

The conference included lectures in the fields of science and technology for a number of researchers and academics participating in the conference.

At the conclusion of the conference, Al-Karkh University of Science, Menoufia University, speakers were honored during the conference, resident professors were honored, as well as the Shams Al-Salam Organization.

On the sidelines of the conference, the university hosted a bazaar of handmade products, accessories, perfumes, and various books with cultural and scientific titles, which attracted the admiration of the attendees.

For their part, the university’s students and professors expressed their happiness at holding this bazaar, thanking the interest of the university and those in charge of the conference and bazaar in supporting small projects.
