Nanotechnology is manipulation of matter on an atomic, molecular, and Supemolecular scale. The earliest, widespread description of nanotechnology referred to the particular technological goal of precisely manipulating atoms and molecules for fabrication of macro scale products, also now referred to as molecular nanotechnology.

Employees of KUS celebrated the Teacher’s Day where they congratulated the Chancellor, Assist. Prof. Dr. Thamir A. An academic delegation from KUS headed by director of department of Media and Public Affairs, Assist. Lecturer Ameer B. Al-Safi, attended the meeting that was held by UBC at University of Baghdad.
As directed by Chancellor of Al-Karkh University of Science, Assist. Prof. Dr. Thamir A. Al-Kazimi, a delegation from the University headed to the Holy City of Karbala to visit Dar Al-Warith Publishing. The delegation was received by Mr. Abdulsahib Ibraheem, General Supervisor of the Publishing.

KUS completed an advanced phases in the reconstruction process of the buildings at Hamada Palace, where Director of department of University Services assured that the completion rate has reached its final stages despite the fact that the ratio of the damage reached to 100% and that some of the buildings were not valid for reconstruction that they needed to be demolished and rebuilt again.
